My son bought his first car all on his own a 2008 535xi and was in love with the car. After a couple of days it starts jerk around and hesitate under acceleration. Brought it to Broadstroke and not only did they diagnose they gave a very detailed report of other issues we were not aware of. Loved the service loved the honesty, sometimes it is not easy to deliver bad news. Had Broadstroke do some of the work and will be back for the other not to critical work.

Great communication, they let you talk to the tech, instead of the old wizard of oz type of vibe!! When you own a European car a great shop is hard to find in both aspects price and quality!! Broadstroke assoc. has both!

This was no trivial install. Chris not only ensured the job was done properly, he took pride in the presentation of the install; that's a rare commodity and one that I appreciate. If there was a 6-star rating, I'd have clicked it. Kudos to Chris--knowledgeable; customer-focused; thorough and polite as-always... thanks, Chris!
